Family and Friends

These are people you may see in my blogs so I figured I should give you some background of who they are to me.

This page will continue growing as people come into my life.

I tried my hardest to keep it short. 

Ruben the Husband

Ruben is my husband and I am extremely lucky to have met him at such a young age. He is one of the good guys - He spoils the crap out of me! We have been together since we were 15 (we are 22/23 now) Ruben is definitely a guys guy aka a basic bitch. BUT he is nothing like the guys today. He has a huge heart, he's a great listener and he let's me be me.

My Mom and My Dad

My mom is awesome and I am not just saying that because she's my mom! EVERYONE always tells me how lucky I am to have her as my mother! She has taken us to every practice and has always showed up to every game to support my siblings and I. She lets us be our own person and really appreciates our different personalities.

My father is a hard working Mexican! He is also the NICEST person I have ever met with a beautiful heart! If you don't know him you would think he is a shy guy who probably only talks Spanish BUT boy are you wrong! Our bond isn't as close as mine with my mom but that's because we are so much alike we don't really know what to do with each other.

My Sister Christal, her Family & My Favorite Brother Steven

My sister Christal was always mean to me but as she has gotten older she has gotten nicer. Parenthood definitely changed her for the better. She married Sam at 19 and had Isaiah. She then had Aiden (who passed away as a baby due to a rare heart condition) and then had Elijah. Her babies are so adorable. #babyfever

Steven is now 18 and next year will be his senior year. He is sweet and nice like a teddy bear! But is also super stubborn (typical Taurus). We are extremely close and can talk to each other about anything. He is the only guy Ruben ever gets jealous of. It's pretty funny.

The In-Laws

The people who gave me Ruben,  Mom & Dad #2. When my Mom kicked me out (for an understanding reason) they took me in. We lived with them for six months before we got our house. Juan is very talented and his favorite hobby is carpentry. Alicia is a great cook and loves to knit.

Brittney is Sofia's mom, Juan's wife and now kind of my sister. When we met we instantly clicked! She loves to talk and is very easy to get a long with. Her hobbies include writing and SHE'S A BLOGGER. In-fact she is the one who helped me start this blog. Her blog would definetly tell you more about her than my horrible writing could. The Bestie Tania

We have been best friends longer than Ruben and I have been together. We were friends freshman year but then got super close when I joined the drill team. She is beautiful inside and out and is EXTREMELY talented. She was my Maid of Honor and I assure you she will be in multiple blogs. She does killer makeup and has such a great sense of style. We can literally sit next to each other in complete silence without it being awkward or having to talk because we already know everything about each other.

                                   The Crew

We can do nothing, anything or everything with this group of people! I have never hung out with another couple and gotten along the way we do. We are all completely different that we just mix well together. Our guys all work from the same company but that's not how we got  close. I knew Dey, Teddy and Johnny from high school but didn't really talk to them much until Rubens brother had a party at his house and then - I started talking to Dey who is how I got to know Teddy, who is gym buddies with Johnny who is dating Nat. ---- Wow I thought it was gonna be longer to explain but it really wan't.

 Dey & Teddy  

Dey is actually more like an older sister to me, that's how good we get along. She is so organized, creative, patient and beautiful. Her personality is  a lot like Rubens so we mesh well together. Her hobbies... she has tons! She cuts hair, bakes, sings, and she does killer diy projects. Her husband Teddy is the clown of the group. He is so entertaining and has so many stories there is no way you could be bored around him! I have never had a deeper conversation about poop or anything else awesomely disgusting than I have with him. Both of them are warm hearted and I can truly be myself around the both of them. 

                              Natt & Johnny 

Nat is crazy, loud and also kind of hard to describe... shes girly but loves sports, she is crazy but sensitive and kind of laughs at everything. She has a great sense of humor and is always down for a cold one. She is almost always my top friend on SC so we are sonstantly in contact with each other throughout the week. Her boyfriend Johnny is probably the one I know the least because he is a man of a few words.  He  is currently applying for the Police Dept. and I honestly think he would be perfect. He's the one who usually kind of keeps an eye on the group when were out, rarely gets drunk, he is super patient and very clean. As a couple they couldn't be any more different, I'm sure that's why they get along so great.
